Duplicate collections library

After the latest update, now I have 2 Collections libraries, one was empty the other one full, I removed and readded the path to collections and now both are full but still... duplicate.

One has type Mixed Content, the other one Collections. Both are pointing to the same collections folder under AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data\collections

How do I remove one of them?

Hi, try deleting the Mixed content version.

What server version?  As that location is no longer used?

Server s 4.6.2, I have auto-updates enabled. This happened after a recent update (last week or so).

I have removed the mixed content version, it is doing a rescan, so far so good.
