Emby server started but no web client available

Hi,

suddenly my Emby  server  webpage is not available anymore   ..try restart ,didnt help 

any ideas ?

Hi, so what happens when you load the web page?

Do you get only the Emby logo and nothing else.  If you hit F12 in the browser do you get any errors?
Have you tried a different browser?

Try downloading and installing again right over top of your current setup.

I would guess there is a browser add-on/extension or anti-virus software interfering.

@Happy2Play i tried other browsers (with 0 add ons) ..i disabled my AV ..the same issue 

@Luke  ,i cannot see this file .Here is a list of all files :

C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\apiclient.js

i found the file in :

C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\bower_components\emby-apiclient

So any other ideas ? More logs needed? Someone from support can connect to my pc to check the issue if needed .

Hi, with your AV turned off try reinstalling Emby right on top of your current install which should replace/add any missing files.

Does it work after doing this?
If so you likely need to make adjustments to your AV scanner to not scan Emby folders.

@cayars i did the emby installation on my pc  with my AV off (the same AV that i have for the last 1 year ,were EMBY folder is excluded already  )  ..

same results .When im pressing F12 on the page i get this :

I even restored my Emby folder from 3-7 days backup i have with Veeam (when emby worked 100% ) and still the same error

Good new everyone ... The one and only @cayars fixed the issue ..

Did 2 things :

-Force update the server 

-Cleaned again the browser cache (i did that 5 times ) so apparently the force update fix it
