Carlo 4561 Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Hi, so what happens when you load the web page? Do you get only the Emby logo and nothing else. If you hit F12 in the browser do you get any errors? Have you tried a different browser?

Carlo 4561 Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 Try downloading and installing again right over top of your current setup. https://emby.media/download.html Let us know how you make out.
Luke 42078 Posted June 2, 2021 Posted June 2, 2021 If the issue persists, please try clearing browsing data. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
bugmafia007 12 Posted June 2, 2021 Author Posted June 2, 2021 hi, reinstalled didn't helped ,also clearing browsing data :(
Happy2Play 9780 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 I would guess there is a browser add-on/extension or anti-virus software interfering. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\apiclient.js'. File name: 'C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\apiclient.js'
Luke 42078 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 Does this file exist? C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\apiclient.js
bugmafia007 12 Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 @Happy2Play i tried other browsers (with 0 add ons) ..i disabled my AV ..the same issue @Luke ,i cannot see this file .Here is a list of all files :
bugmafia007 12 Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 @Luke the file is not located in C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\apiclient.js i found the file in : C:\Users\Monster\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\bower_components\emby-apiclient here is the file : apiclient.js
bugmafia007 12 Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 So any other ideas ? More logs needed? Someone from support can connect to my pc to check the issue if needed . My server is sick and he needs help
Carlo 4561 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 Hi, with your AV turned off try reinstalling Emby right on top of your current install which should replace/add any missing files. Does it work after doing this? If so you likely need to make adjustments to your AV scanner to not scan Emby folders.
bugmafia007 12 Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 (edited) @cayars i did the emby installation on my pc with my AV off (the same AV that i have for the last 1 year ,were EMBY folder is excluded already ) .. same results .When im pressing F12 on the page i get this : Edited June 3, 2021 by bugmafia007
