Stuck at retrieving

Hello

 

I have been using NOWTV with mediabrowser for a few months now. From yesterday all files get stuck at retrieving and never play. I updated to the latest mediabrowser for NOWTV and I am using server version 3.0.5347.22095.

The latest version is 1.25, so i would start by updating. You can find details here:

I have updated but still encountering the same problem. This maybe a bigger problem because videos will not stream in the web app either.

can you post some logs of that? also, are you sure the above log is from when you tried to play with roku? i don't see any http requests coming from roku in that log. that log has some failures in regards to metadata files but nothing that can't be handled and recovered from.

 

it looks like that log is from before you updated to 3.0.5347.22095
