Chalklands 27 Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Has anybody had any issues with this? I have a music video library in EMBY. EMBY app on Firestick 4K. It has always been fine until a couple of days ago. For some reason within the music video library, if I select Folders and then an individual Artist/Band and then either 'Play All' or 'Shuffle All', nothing happens. If I do this at the top of the music video library it works fine. Does Anybody have any ideas? Thanks

Sorry still confused with the log thing: 'If you are using Android TV/Fire TV and your problem is with playback, please send the log directly from the playback OSD. There will be an option on the "cog" menu.' Is this from EMBY on my laptop or on the firestick itself?

Chalklands 27 Posted June 4, 2021 Author Posted June 4, 2021 Hi, It'll only play videos if you select them individually, so just one at a time. Roku is fine. It's just the Firestick. By web app do you mean the app on my laptop? EMBY on my laptop is fine as well, it's just on the Firestick that this is happening.

ebr 16169 Posted June 4, 2021 Posted June 4, 2021 There was a lot of activity from another app at the same time but I can't see the Fire app even requesting a list of items for playback so I'm not sure what is going on. Can you confirm the media type of this library is "Music Videos"?
