Sharing music files stored on QNAP NAS?

Is there *any* way that emby can be used to share specific music files with someone? I gather there is a way to grant someone access to my library, but I'm not thinking of that route. I am thinking of some way of making a playlist, selecting those tracks in the Finder, then zipping them up and sending them to someone.

Hi, Emby would be used for streaming while what you're referring to is giving a person a copy of specific content.

Emby could be used to share content with your friend and you could give download access to them as well.
