Cheesegeezer 3104 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Probably no description needed. I have completely uninstall old mediabrowser structure before 4.6 and still getting this. also when i do a full refresh metadata on a library it only does a few then gives in. I’ll get you a log tomorrow. But hopefully its an easy fix. The search on here is not good and i get a lot of non relevant topics. Just hoping someone knows of what the issue is
Happy2Play 9783 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 What is your metadata provider order for that library?

Solution Happy2Play 9783 Posted June 1, 2021 Solution Posted June 1, 2021 Hmm, we have only seen this with OMDB as first provider and they do not have Roles. Is this from existing metadata (nfo file)?
Cheesegeezer 3104 Posted June 1, 2021 Author Posted June 1, 2021 I have all data saved in nfo files, but this occurs on new movies. And hence my comments on the refresh being somewhat lazy.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Minus errors in your log, I can not reproduce in 4.6 or 4.7. Could this be a specific client issue? But something seems different as your actor order is different. Can you post the nfo file. But would guess the information is not present in the nfo file. snippet Spoiler <originaltitle>Good Will Hunting</originaltitle> <actor> <name>Matt Damon</name> <role>Will Hunting</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>1892</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0000354</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Robin Williams</name> <role>Sean Maguire</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>2157</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0000245</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Ben Affleck</name> <role>Chuckie Sullivan</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>880</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0000255</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Stellan Skarsgård</name> <role>Gerald Lambeau</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>1640</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0001745</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Minnie Driver</name> <role>Skylar</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>6613</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0000378</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Casey Affleck</name> <role>Morgan O'Mally</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>1893</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0000729</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Cole Hauser</name> <role>Billy McBride</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>6614</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0369513</imdbid> </actor> <actor> <name>Vik Sahay</name> <role>MIT Student</role> <type>Actor</type> <tmdbid>6623</tmdbid> <imdbid>nm0006710</imdbid> </actor>
Luke 42083 Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Quote also when i do a full refresh metadata on a library it only does a few then gives in. Hi, no, it does them all, but since we don't yet display what it's currently processing that can cause you to think that. 1

That is... if TMDB was first then i would move it down one and back to top and now its working fine. Appreciate the advise and help, knew it would be something simple!
