JCasado84 1 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 I have updated the Emby server from version 4.5.2 to 4.6.1 on my QNAP TS-128A and now it does not load any library (no photos, no music, no movies), I always get an empty screen: Right now I have a totally useless Emby server, despite having an Emby Premiere key
Happy2Play 9780 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Please post a server log. Has a library scan been run?
JCasado84 1 Posted May 31, 2021 Author Posted May 31, 2021 Hello Happy2Play, How can I privately attach the log to you? There is no active library scan. I have waited for all the libraries to be scanned again, I have restarted the Emby server, I have restarted my QNAP ... Regards,

JCasado84 1 Posted May 31, 2021 Author Posted May 31, 2021 Hello Happy2Play, I have sent you the log by message. I have noticed that after a long, long time it loads a library, but the times are totally impractical, and in each load it takes a long, long time again. Neither does it load my favorites. Regards,
Solution Luke 42077 Posted June 1, 2021 Solution Posted June 1, 2021 Hi, please try updating to 4.6.2 once available for your platform and then run a library scan. Thanks.
JCasado84 1 Posted June 2, 2021 Author Posted June 2, 2021 Hi Luke, I have updated to version 4.6.2 and scanned the libraries, but the performance is still very bad

JCasado84 1 Posted June 2, 2021 Author Posted June 2, 2021 Hi Luke, I have restarted the Emby server and rescanned the libraries to get a clean debug log, and without doing anything else it now works fine. Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience
