HI, try to identify by name and year instead.

Either look it up in TVDB and rename it to match one of the names they recognise there (with date); or add the imdbid to the name by appending "[imdbid=tt...]".

The first is neater.

Thanks, but its not working

Idendity by name and date is incorrect

identity with Life 2.0 (2020) [imdbid=tt13160256] also not working

the .nfo have the right id for imdb and tvdb but still takes the wrong series and information

Can you match it if you use tvdb ID of 392570?

Tried also. not working

I think the problem is with tmdb, I will try to report and fix it there.

thanks

I am fairly certain the name of this series with 2.0 is confusing it. I have had some series do this, I figured away around it, but I am not sure how. I will try and think of a way. I will let you know when I have thunk, if nobody finds a way.

Yes as you have provider mismatching per your written ids

  <tvdbid>392570</tvdbid>
  <uniqueid type="Tmdb">104976</uniqueid>
  <uniqueid type="Imdb">tt13519086</uniqueid>

I just created a folder in my television folder called Life 2.0 and dropped a file in there, renaming it S01E01 and Emby found a show to match it. Is this the version you are looking for? (Sorry if the photo is upside down, when adding a photo here mine always show upside down for some reason.)

The image is the right way up on my phone. The image seems to get flipped by this website. As a note I have edited images before to upside down to put them in here in the hopes that it will flip it to the correct way, but those remained upside down.

I've had the same problem. Just take screenshots on your computer. Much easier lol

I would disable TMDB provider, Identify the series, then lock the series, then re-enable TMDB.

To me it is just returning false positives via TMDB.  Unless I am missing it, I do not see the series on their site at all.

How do you lock the series ?
