I checked and it is the right Play Store account logged in on the Shield. The unlock purchase is visible in purchase history on the Play Store. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

I've sent the log anyways in case that'll help you determine what led it to randomly authorise after multiple previous failed attempts. Let me know if you need me to DM any personal info so you can identify the log corresponding to this issue.
