Camera upload

Hello, 

I have  livetime licence

 i want to upload photos from others mobile phones in home (all android) to my server emby on windows 10

my Note10+ all it's working fine  but on my wife phone and my second  samsung  it doesn't work  (both android 8.0)

grand permites for file on both mobile are done

server and android app up to date 

 

Could someone help please???

I'm having the same problem. Just realized my most recent camera uploads were from Easter, so ~ 2 months ago.

LG V20 Android v8.0.0

Emby Android v3.1.94

Emby Server Windows x64 v4.6.1.0

 

No longer shows a list of folders to sync (same as OP) and no longer uploads anything.

I have the same problem on Android 7. My device folder list is gone and nothing is uploading.

I normally move my photos and videos to other folders in the parent directory and the windows server keeps track of this well.

On 5/22/2021 my phone uploaded everything on my phone and then nothing would upload after that.

After installing the latest windows server I started to investigate the problem and have found a solution.

I installed Emby for Android 3.1.73 and the uploads are working again.

I can recreate this bug by simply allowing the app to update....Folder list is gone and uploads stop.

My phone won't let me downgrade in place, and I have quite a bit of stuff downloaded to my phone I don't want to re-configure.

I may just start looking for another alternative for Camera sync, for the time being.

one update for the post @aleksandrab my with phone Samsung Galaxy A8(SM-A530F) has android 9

I'll try to update on google play and see if it still works

i updated from 3.1.73 to up to date in google play after update on android 9 doesn't work on Android 11 all ok

There's a regression for older versions of android. It's resolved in the next update to the app. Thanks.
