Next Up (Legacy) not honoring Home Screen filter options

I have 3 TV libraries: Shows, Kids Shows and Anime. I have always had the checkbox on the home screen options that says "Display in secondary home screen sections" unchecked for just the Anime library. Since the 4.6 merger of continue watching and next up, continue watching is working correctly, but next up (legacy) is ignoring this checkbox now and showing Anime shows.

Not sure what the plan is for Next up. How long will it stick around? If it's remaining for the foreseeable future, the filter should be fixed please. If it's going to be out the door soon, I understand if it won't be fixed.

I can assume a option that has been overlook as Next Up was removed and re-added do to to much pushback so Next Up (Legacy) is not going anywhere anytime soon.

But can replicate the issue as I just compare what 4.5.4.0 did.  4.6 is maintaining these items where 4.5 dropped them.  @Luke
