jglazer63 22 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 I was listening to an audiobook that's 2 and 1/2 hours long. I got about 45 minutes into it and stopped. I went back to continue and found that they did not seem to be any way to resume where I left off nor was there any way too fast forward to the 45-minute point. Am I missing something? This was a long MP3.
ebr 16187 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Hi. Can we please see your server log from when you did that?

Happy2Play 9783 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Is this about FF Music or Resume for Audiobook? I would guess these are the same. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/98166-audiobook-progress
jglazer63 22 Posted May 29, 2021 Author Posted May 29, 2021 I would prefer resume audio. I can't use emby to play long MP3s it seems. Was playing on my android.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted May 29, 2021 Posted May 29, 2021 Only audiobooks content type has Continue Listening. Music currently has no resume point.
jglazer63 22 Posted May 29, 2021 Author Posted May 29, 2021 What is an audio book content type? Never heard of that short of the proprietary codecs 1 minute ago, Happy2Play said: Only audiobooks content type has Continue Listening. Music currently has no resume point. companies like audible use.

You probably set it up as music whereas he is suggesting setting it up as audio books.
Luke 42081 Posted May 31, 2021 Posted May 31, 2021 But no matter what the content type is, you should still be able to ff/rew. Can we please look at an example? Thanks.
