Speaker Layout I Have 5.0 Setup.

Hi Guys. I have a AV receiver that can handle Atmos, True HD, DTS HD MA and so on. My speaker layout is 5.0. My floorstanders are good for bass so i dont need a sub. Should i select my speaker layout to 5.1 or should i set it to auto? Should i also set audio passthrough for all formats?

If you want full movie experience you need a sub.

btw you can’t make use of atoms etc with a 5.0 speaker setup

Thanks for your reply. I sold my BK sub as its unpracitacle in a semi detached bungalow. I cant play anything loud so 5.0 will have to do me for now.
