when refresh library lose files

hi! another question when i update library big part of my files disappear, when i create another folder and move my files they apper again how i can do for the files don t miss in that folder?

Hi, If you moved files around you might be seeing the server deleing entries before it finds them in the new location and adds them back.  We can only guess at this point without having a server log file to look at.  If you upload the server log file we can take a look at that for you.

Are you saying your media disappears in current folder and will not appear until you move to a new folder?  Can you go over a specific example.

yes is that what happen but i unistall server and install again since than this not happen again if happens i will post the server log thx for help
