Problème de lecture sur Microsoft EDGE Chrome mais pas sur Google Chrome

Bonjour,

Quand je lis une video 4k sur Edge (version Chrome), elle n'est absolument pas fluide. Ca lag à mort. Le flux est direct, pas de transcodage.

Quand je lis la même vidéo sur Google Chrome, elle est parfaite. Il y a un transcodage (CODEC Audio et Vidéo non trouvé) et donc c'est impeccable.

Ma question : pourquoi je ne peux pas voir la vidéo sur Edge comme sur Chrome ?

Hi, it looks like your server can't transcode this quickly enough. Try setting the quality setting to something 1080p so the conversion is 4k to 1080p instead of 4k to 4k.

I'm not agree with you. All is perfect when my server transcode but on Microsoft Chrome there is not transcode, direct flow.

What does Stats for Nerds show you when doing that?

Right OK, you provided an fffmpeg log, I didn't realize that was from Chrome. There is an open ticket filed with Microsoft about poor performance with hevc and Edge.

What will be great is to force trancode, is it possible in new version ?

Only by lowering the quality setting.
