Read in sort title from embedded metadata

You currently have the metadata field "sort title" but you are not pulling that from the embedded metadata.

This is important (as I have found out over the years of operating a media server) as when there is a problem that requires a rebuild, you don't have to go back and re-edit the numerous titles to sort the way you would expect.

For example, all james bond titles sorting with "James" but displaying the movie title in the selection screen like you currently do.

This way when things go south, or you need to move to a new server it's a very simple and quick process.
