iceranger36 0 Posted May 26, 2021 Posted May 26, 2021 (edited) Emby Freezing At Zero Seconds(1).mkvFor the past few weeks Emby stopped automatically going to the next episode. If I wanted to watch the next episode I'd have to manual click the "Start Now" button because it wouldn't start the next episode by the time the countdown reached zero. I tried using Google Chrome and Edge to see if the problem was Firefox but I also got the same problem on those browsers too. I suspect the new update is causing this but idk how to rollback to the previous version too confirm. I'm not sure if its transcoding when the problem occurs how do I check? I already tried turning off hardware acceleration and it didn't fix it
speechles 2055 Posted May 27, 2021 Posted May 27, 2021 Transcoding will show on the Emby server dashboard under "Active Devices". It will also show on "Stats for nerds" on the particular device. Stats for nerds should be under the cog/gear on most Emby apps. The Roku application had a similar problem with this getting stuck moving to the next episode when transcoding.

One of the boxes says "Container not supported" idk if that's whats causing the issue. I attached a screenshot of the stats for nerds box and a short clip Stats For Nerds(1).mkv
