Music Library not downloading all images on whole library refresh metadata

Hi,

 

I have the latest stable Server Version 4.6.0.50 on Win 10

If i have an album in my Library where i see there is no CD Image or ART, i look if some exists and they do, but if i click the whole library and choose refresh metadata, they don't get downloaded.

If i do it for a single album it is working, but not for the whole library.
