ZiggyDubz 7 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 This is the same on any device I try. A friend is the one who notified me. It's like this on the web portal, android app, and Roku app. You can see it shows the seasons but when you click into the season there is nothing listed. You can even see that the app sees the episodes in the first screenshot as you can see the S01E01 right there. My friend reported he can hit play all and it will start from the first episode fine (He then has to click next episode to get back to where he was). So basically, the episodes do exist, as they will play, but this specific show won't show any episodes in the season folders. It's very strange. Any help is awesome. Thank you!
Carlo 4561 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 Hi, can you perform a full Library scan and let us know if this fixes the issue for you?
ZiggyDubz 7 Posted May 24, 2021 Author Posted May 24, 2021 Sorry, I should have mentioned that I did do a few library scans and it shows up the same. Thanks.
antwon 0 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 I just had this same issue. Mine was fixed by restarting the Emby server through the dashboard.
ZiggyDubz 7 Posted May 24, 2021 Author Posted May 24, 2021 Hmmm, I went ahead and tried that but nothing changed. Did another Library scan as well, no changes. Thanks for the idea though! I'll try anything, lol.
Carlo 4561 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 Would you mind trying one more thing? Try doing a meta-data refresh for missing items on that library. 1

Yup, same issue that number of us had, Refresh Metadata did sort it out for me. A bit counter-intuitive, but gets the job done. 1
ZiggyDubz 7 Posted May 24, 2021 Author Posted May 24, 2021 So I just tried all this too, and still nothing. I did the fresh metadata on the Brooklyn Nine-Nine show only.

ZiggyDubz 7 Posted May 24, 2021 Author Posted May 24, 2021 Only Brooklyn Nine-Nine that I can tell so far.
Solution GrimReaper 4749 Posted May 24, 2021 Solution Posted May 24, 2021 Just now, Skvli said: Only Brooklyn Nine-Nine that I can tell so far. Then take that folder out of your parent TV Shows folder, scan library, put it back, scan library again. 1

Sarahpenycat 0 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 (edited) I'm having the exact same issue. Yesterday my library was sorting episodes correctly. However, today everything is out of order in all my TV folders. I have already done the following: Restarted the server Check my naming conventions that they followed standards Refreshed the metadata multiple times Deleted and recreated the entire library Please see screenshots: Edited May 24, 2021 by Sarahpenycat

Thanks.
Luke 42083 Posted May 24, 2021 Posted May 24, 2021 Emby Server 4.6.1 is beginning to roll out. Hopefully this resolves your issues with episodes using non-standard file naming. Thanks.
