Chromecast for Google TV, android phone app, LG webos... Cannot mark as played / unplayed or favourite / unfavorite. Multiple users on the server I use reporting same issue. Not sure if there is anything I can screenshot which will help

Carlo 4561 Posted May 23, 2021 Posted May 23, 2021 OK from web view can you try flipping the watched state on a couple of pieces of media. Upload your server log file. Let us know the media you tried to flip the watched state on.

There are no options, when you click on the options you get an error? ? Our server admin rolled back the recent server update and turned off auto update... everything is back working again.

You can't just undo the software as the database has been upgraded and running 4.5 software against a 4.6 database is bound to cause grief and likely corruption. If you are going to roll back you need to have a thorough backup where EVERYTHING is put back to pre 4.6 status.

He mentioned he could no longer manually edit metadata. Also I forgot to say, another issue... it wasn't saving the playback position to resume playback in the right place. A few restarts later after removing library.db-shm & library.db-wal and an integrity check, seems to have fixed the issue. thanks for your time and hard work 1
