Removing "Collections" category from My Media Section - OMG please make it GO AWAY!!!

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS STUPID "COLLECTIONS" category. I accidentally created a 'collection' when adding a new library, and now I can't get rid of this "Collections". I even deleted the actual physical folder from the directory and did a re-scan of the entire library and it's still there as a category.

Tell me where I can hack this crap out so it does not appear in "My Media". I don't use collections. I don't want collections.

Jessica Jones would have already smashed her monitor. Please... make it go away. How??? Where is the damn DELETE button for this? Tell me before I start cutting pieces of your code out with a big knife to see what it does.
