4K movie constant buffering

The info about the TV NICs  not being able to do the job is very surprising to me.  I figured Gigabit NICs and the associated Ethernet technology are such a commodity that even low-end, off-brand stuff should work well.  Wow.  Good to know!

Well, it seems that switching the TV to wi-fi might have solved the issue. 

But I would still like if somebody might be able to tell me from the log that the ethernet connection was the actual cause.

There isn't really a way for us to be sure but I think that is a rational conclusion at this point.
