4.6.0.50 - Real Time Monitoring on Recorded TV library

Is real time monitoring broken on 4.6.0.50?

On my Recorded TV library, I deleted an episode today. Normally within 1 minute it has noticed and removed it from the display.

15 minutes later (at least) and the cover art was still there. I checked the library config and it still has real time monitoring ticked.

By any chance was a library scan in progress when you did this?
Real Time Watching is turned off during a library scan and a file system change can get missed in this situation. 
Luke has said he's going to look at this for improvements in the future.

Ok resolved. Must have been a library scan that was in progress. Today its fine and doing real time monitoring ok. Thanks.
