Not sure why it is happening to so many but your database is locked so basically nothing is happening because your database can not update.

Do you see multiple instances of Emby in TaskManager?

If you shutdown Emby does it still show in TaskManager?

Try the instructions in this article

Start with "Remove Database Locks" which is normally all that is needed.

If I return the Friday backup that everything was fine, will it solve? This happened after the update!

What happened after the update, please provide examples as this topic is about Failed library scans not Collection.  Depending on the type of backup it may resolve your issue and revert to previous version but that depends on your backup.

Everything I had from collections is gone. There were others that are not the ones I made

Please post as server log.

Collection are a separate issue.

Have you run a full library scan and then a scan for missing meta-data?
That will most likely get you back to what you had.
