I am disappointed with this application, I took an annual package, but it turns out that it does not work properly the message says the device I am using is excessive even though only two devices are used as a trial

Hi.  I'm showing you over the limit.  Why do you think it was only used on two?  How many users did you setup and are they all local or also remote?

Did you install your license key on multiple servers?
Did you by any chance have a bunch of people all trying your server with many different devices?
