Missing Channels 38.1-5 K28PQ St. Cloud, MN

When using Emby Guide data, channel 38.1-5 are missing for St. Cloud, MN. I have tried a number of zip codes around the broadcast tower and it's not present anywhere.

I'm not sure what the correct process is for reporting guide issues.

Could you give me the channel number and station/call sign for each of those 5 channels?

There's not much there when I scan:

38.1 K28PQ-D
38.2 K28PQ-D
38.3 K28PQ-D
38.4 K28PQ-D
38.5 K28PQ-D

The Rabbit ears actually has more information.

That info isn't correct as they all have the same station.

What tuner are you using?  Does the UI on your tuner show the station codes for each of these channels?

I have two Hauppauge cards so I have to use WinTV with Emby. I just rescanned again and that is what comes up for station codes. I get the same results when scanning with NextPVR. Please see attached screenshots.
