I want to use live tv without turning on transcoding.

Yes, I have a url for watching live tv, but I don't want transcoding to work, what do I need to do?

disable transcoding for the user in the admin page.

If transcoding is off, Live TV will not turn on.

So I posted a question on the forum.

Keep in mind Emby only uses transcoding when it has to because the client can't play the stream as is.

What is your source for Live TV?
What clients are you trying to use?

Isn't there options in some clients as Live TV is always transcoded to provide seek?

Yes some clients can playback streams direct but depends on the source, clients used and possibly the client options set.
That's exactly where I was going with the 2 questions I asked. :)

HI, try turning transcoding on. Then in the video player explore the stats feature to learn why it is transcoding. What does it say?

Simply click the gear menu in the video player and you'll see the Stats for Nerds option.

I only have to turn on transcoding. Video to go up

I really shouldn't have to open it. Because it makes the movie transcoding as well

If you try what I'm suggesting you'll be able to learn why it is transcoding.

But if I put 1 link in iptv plug-in, the video will be playable without turning on the transcoding. But I have to put links one by one, which is slower than url m3u.

I tried the Stats for Nerds option as you suggested. An example is in the picture sent to look at.

Yes, but if we don't turn on transcoding, the video will not appear.
