Channel edit - tag icon display issue

When editing a channel in the server config, the tag TV icon doesn't display because it is like almost black on black.  You have to select the icon to see what it is.

Server 4.6.0.50

Live TV -> Channels -> more menu for a channel -> Edit  - observe the icon for the tag
