Guide data setup in UK

Hi,

I have purchased Synology NAS 212+ and HDHomeRun Quattro, for OTA channels(Freeview in UK).

I have set them both up and installed Emby on NAS. I find the set up goes fine and easy. 

I have subscribed to Premiere level.

When I try to load the guide, I enter UK and my postcode. There are no options in the lineups box.  I get following message:

"There was an error downloading TV lineups. Please ensure your information is correct and try again."

Am I doing something wrong? The help system says it should work in UK.

Did you put just the first 3 letters/numbers of you postcode? i.e. BA1

Sorry, shot bolt too soon.

I tried with my partial postcode - ie first 2 letters and a number only - not the last part.

It works fine then.

Hopefully a warning to others setting up. Sorry to post.

That's odd.

When I put in my full postcode, I get the error, but just putting in SN5, I get the lineups

Sorry yes, I didn't explain that very well. When I put in the full postcode, I got the error. When I only put in the first part, it was fine. Sorry for confusion.
