I'm currently running the latest beta server and when I go to a movie to pull the subtitles from Open Subtitles I get no results.  Have tried it with a couple of movies and not sure why its not working.  I have verified that my username/password have been entered in the settings and English is selected as the default language.  What am I missing??

Hi, what movie?
Have you went directly to their site to see if a sub is available?

Can you show us your library settings for the subtitle section with advanced options turned on?
A screen shot or two would be good.

You could also try to a search and upload your log file so we can look at it.  Just tell us what movie you used.

It looks like it just didn't find a match. How is the video file and folder named?

"Require a Hash Match" is my guess as well.  I can't use that on any of my files as they are all rips or I've reprocessed them so I'll never get a match.

The folder and file is labeled like this: Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit (2014).

Do I need to do a rescan of the movie library??

No, try turning off the option "Require a Hash Match"

Then try it again.

Not that I know of!  Must have selected that by mistake.  Even with that not selected I'm still getting no results on searches.

Ok....I figured it out.  I logged out of the actual Open Subtitles website and relogged back in, just to make sure I was in there.  In Emby, I went to the login screen and noticed that the "*" for the password was alot longer (have no idea why).  So entered the password I just used on the website and BOOM its now working.  Have no idea what happened with the password because I entered it into Emby like 3 times.

Now that its figured out, another thing I'm noticing is that the issue of some movies playing back on the Emby iPad app are still starting like 8 seconds into the movie instead of the very beginning.
