Plugin with no settings page

What is the way you create a plugin with no settings page? I tried

        public IEnumerable<PluginPageInfo> GetPages()
        {
            return null;
        }

But hoo boy the emby configuration page was not happy with that solution at all

If one is needed or preferred, what is the html that would put up a line of text and that's it?
