IPTV uses my upload. Is there a way for my server to simply push the link to a remote user's app and use their internet to pull the video down instead of me downloading, then uploading, for them to download like it seems to be now?

Hi, only from the web app and some downloaded apps like desktop Emby Theater. Those can play direct to the URL if the browser/device supports the content directly.

From apps installed in stores, the answer is no because we can't verify the legality of the content, and we don't want to risk violating app store policies.
