Add Report/Issue Metadata button on Individual Media

1st off all Loving MB3, i have opted to use it over Plex/XBMC, one of the reason's is the inbuilt ease of modifying Metadata. what i would like is a way to mark a piece of Media for further attention based on either issue's with the metadata,quality, sound issue's etc.I.e report Issue such as

 

Bad sound

Bad quality Visual

Incomplete 

Wrong Metadata identification 

Mark for Deletion

Add Bonus DVD

etc

 

This data which would only in effect be note's or ideally extra field's, these could then be queried in the report's.This would greatly enhance the management of media.

We do have a red triangle that shows up if we failed to identify an item, or if there was some kind of metadata failure.

 

but you're asking for identification for your own individualized purposes. Hmm, yea it's an interesting idea.
