Pseudomax 3 Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 I use a NextPVR server on a linux headless server and emby installed alongside with the nextPVR plugin. I then use Emby on multiple devices; windows PC, mobiles and Smart TV. On most devices when I open the live TV guide it renders mostly without any delays. However, with my LG Smart TV the guide can take a long while to respond and often programmes and channels are rendered on top of each other. I assume (at least in part) that this is because the data is not cached on the TV (assuming that is possible)... but just highlighting as none of the other media channels do this (Movies etc)... (if this is considered a bug then let me know and I will report it as such)
Carlo 4561 Posted May 8, 2021 Posted May 8, 2021 Hi, just out of curiosity, how many channels do you have loaded in Emby?
Luke 42078 Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Hi, this will be improved in the next update to the emby LG app.

I know it has been asked a lot but having some idea on when the updates for Live TV (particularly channel management) will be available will be very helpful... Edited May 9, 2021 by Pseudomax
