Would it be possible to add more options in the "Show Fields" settings?

Specifically, for photos I would like to display the "Date Added" value in metadata. The only options I see now are Title and Year.

I have many photos, so I would not be able to copy the Date Added info into the Title field in metadata by hand.

Yes this would be possible.  Try searching the feature request thread to see if this exists and if not create a new FR.
