Cinema intros not playing

For some reason I cannot get the custom intros to work on tv shows. The media folder is properly categorized as TV Shows and the cinema intros are enabled on episodes and on Movies. Movies work without issue. Any suggestions?

Edit: Noticed playback setting on the Fire TV app, Cinema intros is on but it says for Movies and makes no mention of episodes, is the fire TV app simply not capable?

Edit: Confirmed intros play perfectly on web app as well, just not on the Fire Tv

Is it using the same account? Probably does not apply.. what version of the server are you on?

Hi, to the best of my knowledge cinema intros is only used right now to recreate the cinema experience.
The cinema of course only plays movies and not tv shows.
