Hi,

Been using EMBY for the last year on my 4k Firestick with no problems.

Since the latest update (I presume it is the update, as everything was fine on Saturday) I'm having problems playing music videos. I have them saved by Artist and then by song in a folder structure on an external hard drive connected to my windows 10 laptop. For some reason, now selecting play all or shuffle all within a folder doesn't do anything, whereas if I select play all or shuffle all at the top level (Music Videos) it is fine.

 

Anybody else have this problem?

That's very interesting since that exact problem should have existed before (in 55) and be fixed now (in 09).

Are you actually running 2.0.11?  If so that is a beta version.

Hi ebr,

Thanks for your speedy reply. Yes I was running the beta app. I've now uninstalled it and downloaded the 'normal' app from the amazon store, and it seems OK now, however it is version 1.8.55a. I presume this is an older version? Maybe the latest version isn't available in the UK yet.

Yes - still on 1.8.55a here too - I don't think the update is available yet which is frustrating ..

@ebr - How long do Amazon typically take to get this out to other regions ?

Amazon is usually only a couple days but they are taking a long time this release.  It actually hasn't gone out anywhere yet.
