Wouter55 0 Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 (edited) I have an Nvidia Shield (Pro 2019). So that's Android TV. I have unlocked the app (that's all I need) and paid for it (PayPal). Nevertheless the app remains with the status expired and I cannot playback anything anymore. When I try to unlock the app again I get the message: "You already own this item". Wouter55 0 Posted May 4, 2021 Author Posted May 4, 2021 Many times. Restarted the whole Shield. Cleared cached data. The only thing I did not try was to uninstall/install again.

Wouter55 0 Posted May 5, 2021 Author Posted May 5, 2021 Before I read this I did a 'clear data' in the Android settings for the app. All your settings of the app are deleted. It is practically a reinstall of the app without reinstalling it. That did it for me. After that the app was registered and playback worked again. Thanks for your fast reaction!
