Deleting file while doing another task seems to be an issue for ET

Hello,
When you decide to delete a file and play another movie, ET stops playing and comes back to main menu.
It happens too when you're scrolling in Emby files, deleting a file, scrolling down ... then ET goes to the top of the list 
or comes back to main menu (same problem in ET online when you delete files)
ET have some problems with deleting files and doing another task in the same time (?)

Now ET comes back to parameters menu when i delete a file. And it takes about one or two minutes to ET to delete this file. Deleting is not instantaneous (as usual)
