Clear / Remove All Download Queue

While I agree your request is important, it is actually just a nice to have in my opinion. It is a cosmetic item that simply does nothing. Clearing the download queue is functional - you cannot halt a download queue without losing all your downloads since you have to terminate download rights for the user and restart the server. That means, unless you lockout the downoad feature, any downloads in progress, will continue to try to complete forever until they finish. That's really hard if you meant to download 4 of 5 (or changed your mind on the 5th) and did the 5th by mistake when you have hundreds of files in each series.

Just my opinion. Your mileage may vary as may your opinion. I'm just stating mine. Whether yours has priority or not is not material to me. I'm ok with whatever the developer decides.
