Can’t login

So I installed Emmy app on firestick, got the sign in page with the pin, went to the link media/pin and tried typing in my info, didn’t work, signed up, tried again and now it keeps telling me my password is wrong, then it won’t let me change my password. Is this a scam?  I can’t even find a way to cancel my subscription since I can’t use it and do not want to pay for it in 2 days if I don’t have access.  Please help me

Okay so I am confused about the process you went through to get this or try to get this going.

EMBY does require you to run a server for your media.. not just the app.. and simply getting an account for EMBY connect.. or the forum will not get you signed in unless you have created a USER or ADMIN account on your EMBY server, which would be running on an NAS or Computer or something of the kind.

Either way what it sounds like you have done so far.. is simply create accounts and purchase a Premier Subscription for 25 Devices, after installing the app on your FireStick.

Thanks for the info, I saw the add on Facebook, paid for one month, and got an email that did not mention anything about all of what you described.  I will have to take a closer look thanks

First step would be to install the server... set it up.. if you have any media of your own... the website can answer a lot of questions... the forums are here as well.

Oh and be careful of Facebook Ads.. BTW..

Okay, this is not us and you did not purchase this from us.  This is someone using Emby as a streaming platform.  Likely, violating our ToS.  What content was supposed to be available to you?

They tell you to download the Emby app on your device, seems like a scam, they supposedly sent me login info but I didn’t get any

I went to the site.. what I can tell they are telling you to use your email only to log in... I have screenshots of the whole Site.. and they claim it is powered by something else.. TV SHARE...

They have put quite a bit into it as well... charging $15 a month... and are advertising compatibility with many apps and services..

Finally figured out a way to cancel subscription, they don’t make it easy
