Channel loads on iOS but not Firestick

Hi,

I've just installed emby server on my Unraid NAS (in a docker) connected to my HDHomerun Quattro tuner in the UK.  For some reason, Channel 5 HD loads and plays fine on my iOS and tvOS (Apple TV) devices, but when I try to load it on my Firestick 4K, it just loads continuously (blue spinning circle), and never actually loads the channel or plays anything back?

Is there anything I need to do to fix this?  I'm not sure where I can pull any log files from to upload - can someone point me in the right direction?

Cracked it, forcing direct play was the issue.

I now can’t seem to enable subtitles, when I try and enable DVBSUB I get the same continuous spinning loading screen.

I've been bringing this up elsewhere, so the devs are aware of it.
