receiving premiere key

hey all,

I was wondering how long it can take to receive the key in my email. I know this has been asked about before but I'm currently setting everything up and after hours I still haven't received anything.

i have emailed billingsupport@emby.media and also looked on the site and when I put my email into the Forgot Key feature, it says "supporter not found"
