External Player only stream

Hello,

I'm using Emby Theater on a computer on my network that have access to my emby server through shares. I remember seeing in the past a config somewhere on the server to set the path to library network path. I'm unsure if that's removed, but I found out that when I start a movie with emby theater, which run on external player, it play a file named stream.mkv which is a transcoded one. Is direct play removed from external player support?

Hi, no it's still there.  In each of your libraries do you have the (Optional) Shared network folder: filled in OR using a network shared point?

The place where your media is located needs to be shared and available without login.

Ah, it's "hidden" under the path. Didn't see I had to click on the current path to see the optional share path. Logic, my bad then.
