For Library list of recordings, can I get a choice to see text only?

1. With emby, for the Library list of recordings, can I get a choice to see text only (without any graphics, with minimal space between lines, so I can see much more on a single screen)?  How do I set this up?
2. The live TV Guide has text only, but wastes lots of space vertically above and below the text.  Can we get it with less wasted space, so I can see more channels on one screen?  How do I set this up.  

If it is impossible, does anyone know if Kodi add-on can do either #1 or #2?

List view is about as close as you can get to this which still have a small graphic.  It looks similar to playlists.

In future updates I would expect more options to control the image that is displayed in the list.

Good to hear there is hope in the future.  cayars, thanks for the list graphic.  But as you know, even that has 90% wasted space compared to text only.
