Odd HW Transcoding Issue with Xbox Client

So I recently added hardware transcoding capabilities to my server.  Today I noticed some odd behavior.

When an Xbox client is connected, the playback keeps changing from direct playing to transcoding hw to transcoding software.

Here is what I'm seeing:

I'm not sure what would be causing this behavior.

When I opened the logs, I saw that over 900 log files have been created since yesterday.  It looks like it's just this user that is causing the issue.  I don't know if the Windows client on Xbox has anything to do with it. It also looks like they may have been trying to skip around in the movie.  Could that be causing the issue?

I pulled a random few transcoding log files from this playback and I've included those too.

Hi, try reverting customizations back to default and see if that helps:

Will setting the preset to Auto work or should I set it to "veryfast"?

I tweaked those back when I was struggling with CPU transcoding.

Is there a way to just revert all the transcoding settings?

I would put it on Auto.

We don't have that, but we probably should.

I've set it to auto.

I'll report back if I see issues from that client again.
