If i remember right, i had this same issue at first, when i was adding the drives for the folders, i was manually typing in the drive letter then telling it to browse, also make sure that you actually have full permissions to the drive(s) for both read and write, that always helps.

Hi, do these drives have a drive letter in Emby?

Are you running Emby as a service? If so try running it NOT as a service.

ok, so my internal drives are C and D, the external drive is E as seen in the computer. When I open Emby and go to the Library to set up a new file all that is visible is C and D.

To your question "Are you running Emby as a service? If so try running it NOT as a service." I am sorry I don't understand or know. I just downloaded Emby onto windows 10 and started using it. How do I check if it is a service or not and how do I run it as not a service?

If this is a new install it's not running as a service so disregard my question.

Can you show us a screen shot where only C & D but no E drive show up from Emby?

Thanks

Hi, what exactly do you mean by "does not see" ? Where exactly is it not seen?

Presumably it is not listing all the drives here ?

Understood. I'm asking the user to describe the problem in their own words. Thanks.
