Some questions about media server and raspberry

Hello there.

I was planning to buy a Pi for streaming media center remote with external drive 3.0 to share with friends/family.

- My media is mp4 average bitrate 2500kb's (H264, AAC audio) don't need transcording right?

-  How many simultaneous streaming can i have? (my isp: 150Mb upload)

- Pi 3 ou Pi 4 for this propose?

Hi there, yes this sounds like it will not need transcoding. What devices will you be playing on?

will be fine with Pi 4?

The only question is whether the RPI4 network adapter can handle 10 simultaneous streams. Luckily the RPI is cheap enough to pick one up and try it out. Let us know how it goes if you decide to proceed !
