An mkv 480P X264 playing the sound but image is frozen

I have a TV series that I get this error on a couple of episodes (the ones I tested).

If I play it on the PC it runs fine, but when I play on Android TV (ethernet connected) It starts with the first frame freezed and the sound keeps running in the background.. 
If I skip a bit, I get motion and sound synced - for a second or two, then image freeze again.

I tried cleaning the cache and restart the box. Didn't help. Other movies and episodes work fine. Even 1080P movies both x264 and hevc.

I use subtitles on most items. These episodes have srt.

 

Any Idea on what I can do to fix this problem is welcome.

Hi, Is it basically just this one series?

If so, it's likely bad encoding.
Have you verified this is actually a 480p and not 480i file for example?

I have seen this for other series as well (but it was a while ago and I do not remember which one), and as the episodes works fine on the PC, I ruled out bad encoding. 

The 480p comes from Emby itself, but I will verify it. 

I tried to cast from the iPad to the chromecast (included in this box) and even if it worked on the iPad, I got the same issue when casting...

Checked and I cant find other series with this problem, even if they have 480p x264 too.

And it seems to be the first season that was affected. 

So I have replaced the files (with x265) now and the new files work fine.
