Happy2Play 9780 Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Only two ways for header tabs to be missing that I know of, one being custom css but the should apply to all libraries, and library content type but library shows as Movie content type.

I think it will be some waiste of time because i have rebuild my POD with a new volume mapped so, fixing this will not help me for now, but if i get the same issue we will take a appointmant and i give you a remote access to my Computer so we can both try to debug this issues, perhaps i guess there is many issues on players on android,ios,LG,Samsnung than have need to be improved. Yeah the most probable issue is than the library type was wrong, but now it's hard to say because i rebuild everything to have it up as quick as possible for my familly to watch movies, they are annoying and making me some pressure when the emby is down so i rebuild it quickly

Guest Posted April 27, 2021 Posted April 27, 2021 (edited) Why I am glad.. I am alone of my server.. When people start treating you like a cable company or DISH.. its SOOOO over... "Server is dead .. gone.. I had hard drive failure and its all gone.. doesn't work anymore.." LOL... I literally had a 'person' try to dictate to me as it they had paid me money and I was in a contract of service.. all I was doing was ALLOWING them to watch some of my movies.. Those same people turned around and tried to blame me for server side failure in places like YouTube, Hulu, NetFlix, Popcorn Time.. anything there little boxes would spoog onto their screen for media... No explaining in the world makes/made any sense to them. ( 15 years running ).. It really is hard for some people to understand. Even violent.. threats.. dissociated accusations... CRAZY It is different to feel pressure because you want to perform well and provide and not fail.. it is another when its 'off the rocker'.. so to speak.. LOL Edited April 27, 2021 by Guest

Undestood and no problem. If you know how to use ffmpeg (or not it's easy to learn) you can do something like ffmpeg -ss 0 -t 180 -i input.mkv -codec copy output.mkv What you put after the "-t" is the time in seconds so the above would make a sample file of 3 minutes. If you have spaces or other things in the file name just quote them ffmpeg -ss 0 -t 180 -i "input name.mkv" -codec copy "output name.mkv"
